Con-Cret is dosed by bodyweight. For normal training take 1 serving (1 scoop) per 100 lb of bodyweight. For intense training take 1 to 2 servings per 100 lb. Mix with at least 6 oz of cold water or juice and take 30 to 60 minutes before training. On rest days, take one serve to support recovery. No loading or cycling required.

What is Creatine HCl?
