Creatine Gummies

Both give you creatine. What matters is the amount per serve and taking it every day. Each Swoleys pack here lists 5 g of creatine per serve, the same amount most of our unflavoured powders list per scoop. Gummies cost more per serve than a plain powder tub, so you are paying for taste and not having to mix anything.

Swoleys Sour Creatine Gummy Bears come in Green Apple, Watermelon and Peach, and there is also a Sour Gummy Bullets pack. All four list 30 serves, so one pack covers a month at one serve a day.

Timing matters less than taking them consistently, including on rest days. Pick a time you will remember, such as with breakfast or after training, and follow the directions on the pack.

Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry cupboard. Gummies left in a hot car or in direct sun can soften and stick together.

Plain monohydrate powder is the lowest cost per serve. Compare tubs in our creatine powder range if price matters more than convenience.
