Nexus AMP3D 2.0 lists 1.8 g of beta alanine and 1 g of creatine per serve, CBUM Thuper Pump lists 6.4 g of beta alanine and 5 g of creatine, and Nexus L-Citrulline Malate is a single ingredient powder.

Single ingredient products stretch furthest: Nexus L-Citrulline Malate lists 100 serves and GAT Sport Essentials L-Arginine lists 180. Full formulas cost more per serve because they combine several ingredients in one scoop.
