What Ghost Pump V2 is

Pump V2 is Ghost's stimulant free pump powder, sold in a 270 g tub that holds 40 single scoop serves. There is no caffeine in it at all, which is what separates it from Ghost Legend and lets you take it at any hour of the day.

What is in a scoop

The label is fully disclosed with no proprietary blends. One 6.75 g scoop gives you 3,000 mg of vegan fermented L-Citrulline and 1,500 mg of NO3-T Arginine Nitrate as the two headline actives. Alongside those sit 1,000 mg Taurine, 195 mg PureWay-C (ascorbic acid with citrus bioflavonoids), 100 mg Pine Bark Extract standardised to 95 percent proanthocyanidins, 100 mg Setria L-Glutathione and 25 mg AstraGin.

Single or double scoop

Ghost prints the panel per single scoop, so a 40 serve tub becomes 20 serves if you run the two scoop dose. Heavier lifters and anyone over roughly 72 kg tend to sit at two scoops, which doubles the citrulline to 6 g and the arginine nitrate to 3 g. Ghost caps daily intake at two scoops.

Flavour and mixing

Pineapple is one of the standard Pump V2 flavours rather than a limited run, so it stays on the shelf. It is sugar free, vegan friendly and gluten free, and it mixes in 175 to 235 ml of cold water without much shaking.

The tub is labelled 40 serves because Ghost prints the panel per single 6.75 g scoop. If you run the two scoop dose you get 20 serves from the tub.

Can I take it with Ghost Legend or another pre-workout?

Yes, Ghost lists mixing it with a pre-workout as an option on the label. Keep an eye on your total daily intake and stay within two scoops of Pump.

What changed in V2?

V2 keeps the citrulline and NO3-T Arginine Nitrate base and adds patented Setria L-Glutathione and PureWay-C to the panel.
