Nexus AMP3D 2.0 - Blue Sour Straps, 760g (40 Serves)

Nexus AMP3D 2.0 - Red Sour Straps is a caffeine-free pre-workout from Nexus, built for lifters chasing a strong pump and sharp focus without a stimulant kick. It's a stacking-friendly formula for strength and power training, mixed as a single 19g scoop or a full 38g two-scoop serve. Every 760g tub holds 40 servings, with 1000mg of creatine and 1800mg of beta-alanine in each scoop for lifters who want output without the jitters.

How Nexus Pre-Workout works

Nexus AMP3D 2.0 leans on L-citrulline as its main pump ingredient, combining citrulline malate with free-form L-citrulline in every scoop. Once broken down in the body, citrulline converts to L-arginine and feeds the nitric oxide pathway, encouraging blood vessels to relax and widen. That widening shows up as a pump: more blood reaching working muscle mid-set, useful across higher-rep training. Nitrosigine and AgmaPure agmatine add further vasodilation, while HydroPrime glycerol helps hold fluid in muscle tissue.

Beta-alanine works differently. It raises carnosine levels inside muscle, buffering the acid build-up behind the burning sensation late in a hard set. At 1800mg per scoop this is a solid working dose, though some lifters feel a mild tingling as it kicks in, a normal and harmless response. Creatine adds another 1000mg toward power output, while L-tyrosine (550mg) and Alpha-GPC (250mg) support focus through heavier training blocks, all without caffeine.

Why choose Nexus AMP3D 2.0

Beyond the pump ingredients, Nexus AMP3D 2.0 comes in four flavours, blue sour straps, orange cream, red sour straps and sour apple, so you're not drinking the same mix every session across a 40-serve tub. A few other details round out the formula:

• 144mg sodium, 278mg potassium and 200mg Himalayan pink salt per scoop, useful electrolytes for a longer or hotter session.
• Just 6 calories, 0g protein, 0g fat and 1.3g carbs per 19g serve, light enough for a calorie-controlled block.
• 50mg AstraGin and 80mg vitamin C included to support uptake from the rest of the formula.

At $88.45 for 40 serves, that's a little over $2 a session for a non-stimulant pre-workout carrying a full pump and focus stack.

Getting the most from it

Take Nexus AMP3D 2.0 as a single 19g scoop or a full 38g two-scoop serve, mixed with water 20 to 30 minutes before training. With no caffeine, it works as well first thing in the morning as it does late at night, and it stacks cleanly with a stimulant pre-workout on days you want the pump without extra stimulant. Pair it with a protein shake after training, or run a dedicated creatine product on rest days, since the 1000mg per scoop here sits under a typical standalone maintenance dose.
