Mix 1 scoop with 240 to 350ml of cold water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training. Assess tolerance with half a scoop first, don't exceed one scoop in 24 hours, and skip other caffeine sources while using it.

How is it different from Essential Charged?
Charged is the high-stim version with 350mg caffeine plus Dynamine and theobromine. Essential is the moderate everyday option at 200mg.
