CBUM Essentials Charged is the high-octane version of Chris Bumstead's Essential pre-workout. Same transparent, fully-dosed philosophy, dialled up for the days you need a serious kick. If regular Essential is the daily driver, Charged is the one you save for heavy sessions and early-morning training.

The difference is the stim stack: 350mg of caffeine anhydrous layered with Dynamine and theobromine for energy that hits fast and stays sustained, plus Alpha-GPC for sharper focus. Underneath sits a loaded pump and endurance base.

Mix 1 scoop with 300 to 400ml of cold water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training. Always assess tolerance with half a scoop first. Don't exceed one scoop in 24 hours and avoid other caffeine sources while using it.
