Mix 1 scoop with 240 to 300ml of cold water (use 2 scoops and more water for a full serve) and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training. Assess tolerance with one scoop first, don't exceed two scoops in 24 hours, and avoid other caffeine sources while using it.
Lifters who want a fully-loaded, scalable pre-workout for heavy training and big pump days. Run one scoop (130mg caffeine) for controlled energy, or two scoops (260mg) for the full Thavage hit. If you are caffeine sensitive or new to it, start with a single scoop.

How is it different from Essential?
Thavage is the bigger, more-loaded flagship with a deeper pump and focus stack; Essential is the simpler everyday pre.

It is made on equipment that also processes milk, soy, egg, wheat, fish, shellfish, peanuts and tree nuts, and contains coconut (tree nut). Check the label if you have allergies.
