Gaspari Proven Pump is a stimulant-free liquid pump formula built to deliver muscle fullness without a single milligram of caffeine. It is a ready-to-use concentrate you measure by the capful and mix with water, so you control the dose.

The formula leads with 12g of vegetable glycerol, a hyperhydrating agent that pulls water into your muscle cells for a fuller, harder look. It is backed by nitric oxide precursors and betaine to keep blood flowing and pumps lasting through every set.

Why so much glycerol?

The 12g of vegetable glycerol drives hyperhydration, drawing water into the muscle for that full, pumped feeling.
