GAT Sport Nitraflex Hydration takes the same Nitraflex energy and focus and builds in Creapure creatine monohydrate plus added hydration support, so you get drive going in and recovery support coming out. It is a do-it-all training partner that fuels the session and helps you bounce back for the next one.

Each scoop layers a 325mg caffeine kick with a citrulline pump matrix, CarnoSyn beta-alanine for endurance and 2g of Creapure creatine to support strength, power and muscle fullness over time. It is a high-energy formula with real performance ingredients behind it.

On day one, assess your tolerance with half a scoop in 175ml of cold water. After that, mix 1 serve with about 295ml of cold water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training. Do not take more than 1 serve in any 24-hour period and avoid other caffeine sources while using it. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.

For experienced lifters and athletes who want Nitraflex-level energy with the added benefit of daily creatine and hydration support in one scoop. With 325mg of caffeine per serve it is a genuine high-stim formula, so it is not for beginners or anyone caffeine-sensitive. It mixes clean with no chalky aftertaste.

It keeps the same energy and pump core but adds 2g of Creapure creatine and extra hydration support, making it more of an all-in-one training formula.

325mg per scoop, so start with half a serve to gauge your tolerance.

Do I still need a separate creatine?

It includes 2g of creatine per serve. If you want a full 5g daily dose you can top it up with standalone creatine monohydrate.

Is it suitable for beginners?

It is a high-stim pre-workout best suited to trained users who tolerate caffeine well. Always start with a half serve.
