Each scoop contains 325mg of caffeine, roughly three cups of coffee, so start with half a scoop to gauge how you respond.

It is a high-stim formula best suited to people who already train and tolerate caffeine well. New users should start with a half serve.
Should I cycle off it?
Many users take a week off every 6 to 8 weeks to keep caffeine sensitivity in check.
Can I take it on rest days?
Yes, GAT suggests a morning serve on non-training days, but most people only use it before workouts.
