Ghost Legend All Out V2 is the maxed-out version of Ghost's Legend pre-workout. It loads the pump, performance and energy systems with full, transparent doses and adds nitrate forms (NO3-T) of citrulline, beta-alanine and betaine for an even bigger pump and a harder-hitting session.

With 400mg of total caffeine split between fast Caffeine Anhydrous and zumXR extended-release caffeine, you get a powerful, long-lasting kick without the early crash. Paired with the Ghost Smart Energy focus stack, it is a high-stim pre-workout built for your most serious training days.

Mix 1 scoop with 240 to 300ml of cold water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training. If you are new to high-stim pre-workouts, start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 1 scoop in any 24-hour period and avoid other sources of caffeine.

For experienced lifters and athletes who want a transparent, fully-loaded high-stim pre-workout for heavy, high-volume or all-out training. With 400mg of caffeine per scoop this is a strong formula, so it is not for beginners or anyone caffeine-sensitive. Avoid other caffeine sources while using it and do not take it late in the day. All Out is the higher-stim, fully-loaded version with more caffeine and added nitrate forms of the key pump ingredients.
