Mix 1 scoop (15.4g) with 400ml of cold water and drink 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 scoop in any 24-hour period. If you are new to high-stim pre-workouts, start with half a scoop to assess your tolerance, and avoid other caffeine sources on training days.

How strong is it?
Very. At 375mg caffeine plus added stimulants, BBD is one of the strongest pre-workouts available and is intended for experienced users only.
I'm new to pre-workout, can I take it?
Start with half a scoop, or better yet build up on a milder pre-workout first. BBD is not designed as a first pre-workout.
Why the tingles?
That is the 3.2g of beta-alanine. It is a normal, harmless sensation that fades as your body adapts.
Can I take it before evening workouts?
With this much caffeine, late training can affect your sleep. Keep it to morning or early-afternoon sessions if you train hard and want to sleep well.
