Start with half a scoop (about 20g) in 300 to 350ml of water 15 to 30 minutes before training to assess tolerance. Most people stay at half a scoop; only experienced users should consider a full serve. Do not exceed one full serve in 24 hours, and avoid taking it close to bedtime.
