You searched "nexus creatine", landed on a wall of tubs, and now you are stuck between the 150g and the 500g. Here is the Nexus range we stock, priced per serve, with an honest note on who should skip each one.
The short answer
- Nexus Creatine Monohydrate is 5,000 mg per 5 g serve. The 500g tub is $62.85 for 100 serves ($0.63 a serve); the 150g is $27.00 for 30 ($0.90). Buy the big tub.
- AMP3D 2.0 has no caffeine. It is the pump product: 3,000 mg citrulline and 1,800 mg beta alanine a serve, $88.45 for 40 serves.
- PER4M is the caffeinated line, 200 mg a scoop at $1.52 a serve. PER4M 2.0 in Cola Crush and Juicy Burst goes to 250 mg.
- Super Protein and the Sparkling Water cans are collagen peptides, not whey.
Nexus creatine: the only real decision is tub size
Both tubs are unflavoured monohydrate at 5,000 mg per 5 g scoop with nothing else in the mix. The only difference is what a scoop costs.
At $0.63 a serve the 500g runs about $19 a month at one scoop a day. The 150g costs $27 a month for the same dose, so buy it only for a short first trial.

AMP3D 2.0 is the stim free one, and buyers get this wrong
AMP3D 2.0 carries no caffeine. Per 19 g serve you get 3,000 mg citrulline, 1,800 mg beta alanine, 1,000 mg betaine, 1,000 mg creatine, 550 mg tyrosine and 250 mg alpha GPC. It is built for blood flow and focus, which suits evening training or anyone already drinking coffee before the gym. At $2.21 a serve it is steep for something with no stimulant in it.

PER4M is where the caffeine lives
The 400g PER4M tubs give 200 mg caffeine, 3,000 mg citrulline and 1,600 mg beta alanine per 8 g serve, at $75.95 for 50 serves. That $1.52 a serve is the best value stim pre workout Nexus makes, and thirteen flavours are in stock.

Super Protein is collagen, and you should know that first
Nexus Super Protein is a collagen peptide powder, and so are the Sparkling Water cans. The 750g tub is $74.85 for 30 serves ($2.49 a serve) with 4,600 mg BCAAs and 90 calories per 25 g serve, and roughly 23 g of collagen peptides. The panel lists 23 g of hydrolysed collagen peptides per 25 g scoop, with 4.6 g of naturally occurring BCAAs.
Collagen is low in some of the essential amino acids that drive muscle repair, so it does not do whey's job. Chasing a daily protein target? Buy a complete protein and use this as the easy drinking extra.

What the research actually backs
Creatine monohydrate at 3 to 5 g a day is the most supported thing in the range. The ISSN position stand (Kreider 2017) treats monohydrate as the reference form for strength and lean mass, exactly what a 5,000 mg scoop gives you.
EFSA puts single caffeine doses of 200 mg as unlikely to raise safety concerns for healthy adults, and 400 mg across a day. A PER4M 2.0 scoop at 250 mg sits above that single dose figure, which is why we say start on half.
Morton 2018 in BJSM found protein gains plateau near 1.6 g per kg a day, and that work rests on complete proteins. Collagen has not been shown to do the same job.
Picking one without wasting money
With $100 and three or four sessions a week, buy the 500g creatine at $62.85 and add the Mini Variety Pack at $29.85. That is $92.70 for the two things that change your sessions.
