If you have ever heard someone yell "yeah buddy" between sets, you already know the brand. Ronnie Coleman Signature Series is the eight time Mr Olympia's own supplement line, and it is built the way you would expect: big flavours, big scoops, and a pre-workout that does not tiptoe.
That makes it easy to love and easy to get wrong. Yeah Buddy is a strong pre-workout, not a beginner one. The rest of the range is quieter than the branding suggests, and some of it is genuinely simple, single ingredient stuff.
Here is what we stock in New Zealand, what each product actually is, and who it suits.
The short answer
- Yeah Buddy is the flagship pre-workout: 270g tubs, 30 serves, six flavours, and a caffeine blend at the strong end.
- Creatine Adventure is plain creatine monohydrate at 5g per serve, flavoured so you actually take it daily.
- L-Carn-XS 3000 and 4000 are liquid carnitine shots, stimulant free, 31 serves per bottle.
- Tribulus XS, King Test, HMB-XS and CLA are the capsule and softgel side of the range, made for daily use alongside training and food.
- Prices across the range run $34.95 to $63.00 as at 9 September 2026, and NZ shipping is free over $75.
Yeah Buddy pre-workout

Yeah Buddy is the product most people come to the brand for. Each 270g tub holds 30 serves, and every scoop stacks 4g of citrulline malate and 2g of beta-alanine, then layers choline, Advantra Z, TeaCrine and Dynamine on top of the caffeine for drive that holds rather than spikes and drops.
On caffeine, be honest with yourself. The Cherry Limeade and Mango Pineapple listings state a 420mg time-release caffeine blend, which is a lot by any measure. The other flavour listings describe the same layered, long-lasting blend without printing a number. Start on half a scoop, train, then decide.
Flavours we list, all 270g and 30 serves:
Sour Berry and Green Apple are the safe picks if you like a sharp, sour hit. Cherry Limeade is the closest thing here to a soft drink flavour. The beta-alanine tingle is real at 2g, so if that bothers you, read our note on beta-alanine tingles before you buy a full tub.
If you want to see how it stacks up against the other big hitters, we compare the heavy end of the shelf in strongest pre-workout NZ and list the numbers side by side in pre-workout caffeine content NZ.
Creatine Adventure
Creatine Adventure is the least flashy product in the range and probably the most useful. It is straight creatine monohydrate at a full 5g per serve, with the flavour doing one job: making a daily habit easy to keep.
The flavoured bottles are 301g with 45 serves, in Sour Galaxy, Dragon Fruit and Cotton Candy. There is also a 300g option with 60 serves, listed as the Creatine Adventure box set: three bottles, 20 serves each, same 5g per serve.
Creatine works on consistency, not timing. Take it every day, training or not, and the flavour is what stops the tub sitting in the cupboard. If you are weighing formats, we cover that in creatine gummies vs powder, and the wider shelf sits in creatine.
L-Carn-XS 3000 and 4000

These are liquid carnitine shots you take by the tablespoon. L-Carn-XS 3000 gives 3,000mg of L-Carnitine per serve, L-Carn-XS 4000 gives 4,000mg, and both bottles are 473g with 31 serves. Both are stimulant free, sugar free and zero carb, which is the point: they add nothing to your caffeine load or your calories for the day.
L-Carn-XS 3000 comes in Grape, Mixed Berries, Orange Smash, Sour Apple and Wild Cherry.
L-Carn-XS 4000 comes in Apple Bomb, Berry Blast, Cotton Candy, Orange Creamsicle, Rainbow Candy and Ruby Red Fruit.
Pick on dose and flavour, nothing else. The rest of the carnitine shelf sits in l-carnitine.
Tribulus XS and King Test
Tribulus XS is a single ingredient capsule: 500mg of Tribulus Terrestris fruit extract standardised to 45% saponins, no stimulants, sugars or fillers, 120 capsules per bottle. Single ingredient means you know exactly what you are adding to your day.
King Test is the loaded version, at 15 serves per bottle. It leads with 3,120mg of D-Aspartic Acid and sits alongside DIM, nettles, horny goat weed and AstraGin for absorption. It is a daily capsule serve taken alongside training and food, not a shortcut around either. Both sit in testosterone support.
HMB-XS and CLA
HMB-XS is single ingredient HMB, a metabolite of the amino acid leucine, in a stimulant free capsule with 500 mg of HMB per two capsule serve and 50 serves per bottle. It is the sort of thing people add during hard training blocks or a long cut, when holding lean mass matters more than feeling anything.
CLA is a stimulant free softgel with 800mg of Conjugated Linoleic Acid and 1g of fat per softgel, no added sugars or carbs, 180 softgels per bottle. Like the carnitine, it is a small daily add-on around your training and nutrition rather than the main event.
