We stock 40 amino products across nine brands, including Ghost, Xtend, EHPlabs and Basic Supplements. That spans BCAAs, full-spectrum EAAs, glutamine and intra-workout blends. Prices run from about $39.95 to $129.95, and most work out from around 67c a serve, so a tub lasts a good while.

Amino & BCAA — questions, sorted.

EAAs give you all nine essential amino acids, including the three BCAAs, so they cover more bases. BCAAs are the cheaper, simpler option and make a great-tasting intra-workout sipper. If you already hit your daily protein, either one is more about hydration and flavour than a must-have.

Most people sip them during training or across the day for flavour and fluids. Fasted sessions and long workouts are where they earn their spot, since a plain water bottle gets dull. If your protein is already high from food and shakes, you don't strictly need them on top.

They help you reach amino acid targets when your overall protein is low, and they make water more interesting so you drink more of it. For anyone already eating enough protein, total intake and consistency matter far more. Treat aminos as a nice-to-have, not the foundation.
