Mix one scoop with water and sip it through your workout. Want more aminos and a stronger focus hit? Use two scoops. It also works between meals on a rest day.
For lifters who want to drip-feed aminos through a session to recover better and hold onto muscle. It is especially handy on long or fasted workouts when you want something light to keep sipping.
What is the difference between one and two scoops?
One scoop is a 5g amino blend and gets you 60 serves. Two scoops give the full 10g essential amino dose over 30 serves.
Does it have stimulants?
No caffeine. It does have Huperzine A and L-tyrosine for focus, so it stacks fine with a separate pre-workout.
When should I take it?
During training is the classic use. You can also sip it between meals on a rest day to keep your aminos topped up.
