Crea-8 is plain creatine monohydrate, done properly. Each scoop is 5g of micronised creatine and nothing else: no fillers, no flavour, no dyes.

Take it every day and it keeps your muscles topped up with the energy they burn on short, hard efforts like lifting and sprinting. Stay consistent and you get stronger and more powerful, with more lean muscle over time. It is the most researched supplement in the gym, and a tub has 100 servings.

Mix one scoop (5g) into 240ml of water or your post-workout shake and take it every day. Timing does not really matter, so pick a moment you will not forget. If you want to saturate faster, take 10g a day for the first week.
