Formula used to contain alpha-gpc, Coginizin citicoline, and. Brainberry aronia extract. The focus was unmatched. Then they had the “Tri-Stim Experience” which was just some L-theanine and I think some other ingredient which just potentiates the action of caffeine. And now they’ve changed it again so it’s just beta-alanine and betaine just like their other Performance Energy products.

Since they got rid of the best tasting energy drink EVER C4 CHERRY STARBURST, every other one is mediocre. Tried the cherry bomb frost, does not have the wow factor. Has an aftertaste that's a bit hard to describe. Nothing will be as great as their Starburst cherry. Two stars are really pushing it.
