How much protein is in a bar?

Most flavours land around 20g of protein per bar.

Yes, typically only 1 to 2g of sugar, depending on the flavour.

Can I use it as a meal replacement?

It is best as a high-protein snack rather than a full meal, but it is great for bridging the gap between meals.

Do the flavours have different macros?

Slightly. The core protein stays high, but carbs, fat and calories shift a little per flavour.

Is the Grenade Protein Bar Choc Chip Salted Caramel Informed Sport certified for tested Kiwi athletes?

Yes. This bar carries Informed Sport certification, meaning each batch is screened for banned substances. That matters for competing New Zealand athletes and anyone under a testing programme who needs certainty about what is going into a supplement before it goes near their training diet.

How much fibre is in the Grenade Protein Bar Choc Chip Salted Caramel?

Each 60g bar contains 6.7g of dietary fibre. That is a meaningful amount for a snack this size, and it is part of why the bar tends to feel more filling than its 214 calories would suggest on their own.

Can I have a Grenade Protein Bar alongside a pre-workout before training?

Yes, plenty of lifters eat one beforehand as a light carbohydrate and protein source rather than training on an empty stomach. It sits fine alongside a scoop from the pre-workout range, since the bar is a food product rather than a stimulant.

How should I store Grenade Protein Bars once they arrive in New Zealand?

Keep them in a cool, dry spot away from direct sun or heat, such as a pantry or gym bag rather than a hot car. Wrappers stay sealed until you are ready to eat, which keeps the bar's texture and freshness intact between deliveries.
