On day one, assess your tolerance with half a scoop mixed in 180 to 240ml of cold water. After that, take 1 scoop in 180 to 240ml of cold water 20 to 30 minutes before training. On non-training days you can take 1 scoop in the morning. Do not take more than 1 serve in any 24-hour period, and avoid other caffeine sources while using it. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
