Take 1 scoop (6.3g) mixed with 235 to 295ml of cold water before, during or after training. On non-training days, take 1 scoop in the morning. New users can run an optional loading phase of 1 scoop four times daily for the first 5 to 7 days. Daily consistency is the key to results.
