What choline and Alpha-GPC do

Choline is the raw material for acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter behind focus and the signal from nerve to muscle. Alpha-GPC is the most bioavailable choline form and is the ingredient that gives many modern pre-workouts their mind-muscle connection and locked-in feel.

How much is in these products

• Alpha-GPC: 300 to 600 mg per serve is the range used in focus and power research.
• Choline bitartrate: a cheaper form, usually 500 mg to 1 g, with less effect per milligram.
• Often paired with tyrosine, huperzine or caffeine.

How to use it
