Take 1 scoop (5g) mixed with 235 to 295ml of cold water or your drink of choice before, during or after training. On non-training days, take 1 scoop in the morning. New users can run an optional loading phase of 1 scoop four times daily for the first 5 to 7 days. Daily consistency matters more than timing.

Loading is optional. You can take 5g daily and reach full saturation in 3 to 4 weeks, or load with 4 scoops a day for 5 to 7 days to saturate faster.

Does creatine cause bloating?

Most people have no issues at 5g a day. Loading phases can cause mild water retention that settles once you move to a maintenance dose.
