On day one, assess your tolerance with half a scoop in 175ml of cold water. After that, mix 1 serve with about 295ml of cold water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training. Do not take more than 1 serve in any 24-hour period and avoid other caffeine sources while using it. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
