XTEND Original has enough flavours to make a first tub feel like a commitment. The names offer a useful way to narrow the shelf: berry, citrus, tropical fruit, watermelon or grape. Choose the kind of drink you normally enjoy, then decide whether a 30-serve or 90-serve tub fits how often you will use it.

What the names can tell you

If you usually prefer berry-style sports drinks, Blue Raspberry Ice and Strawberry Kiwi Splash are the obvious pages to inspect. Fruit names include Mango Madness and Watermelon Explosion. Lemon Lime Squeeze points in a citrus direction, while Glacial Grape is the grape option. These categories come from the names, not from a tasting panel. "Ice" does not tell you how cold or sweet a mixed drink will feel.

Different water volumes change perceived strength. Start with the label's directed mix, then add water if the flavour is too intense. Keep the powder serving consistent while changing the water. 30 serves or 90?

A 30-serve tub is the lower-commitment purchase if you have never tried the flavour. The 90-serve tub suits someone who already knows they like it and will use it regularly. NZ Supps lists the same six core names in both sizes. For example, Blue Raspberry Ice 30 serves and Blue Raspberry Ice 90 serves are separate pages. The larger pack does not automatically deliver a stronger formula. Read the exact product label and compare today's price per directed serving, not the headline price per tub.

XTEND EAA is a different amino line. NZ Supps lists Lemon Lime, Mango, Blood Orange and Watermelon EAA flavours, but each showed zero inventory in the 23 September 2026 snapshot. Jolly Rancher Green Apple and Grape Original BCAA flavours were also listed but out of stock. Do not substitute an EAA tub for the Original product just because the flavour name looks familiar; read the formulation first.

What about BCAA benefits?

XTEND Original is marketed as a BCAA and electrolyte drink. That can be a pleasant way to drink around training, but branched-chain amino acids are only part of the essential amino acids.
