Gaspari Size On - Orange Cooler, 1.63kg (24 Serves)

Gaspari Size On - Grape Cooler is an intra-workout formula from Gaspari, designed to be sipped throughout your session rather than mixed as a separate pre or post product. Each 1.63kg container holds 24 serves, and every 68g scoop delivers 190 calories with 40g of carbohydrate, 7g of protein and a 63g SizeOn Blend spanning carb, protein, creatine and hydration matrices. It sits in the pre-workout category but drinks across your session, not before it.

How Gaspari Pre-Workout works

The Carbohydrate Energy Matrix pairs trehalose with dextrose, two fast-digesting sugars that top up muscle glycogen while you train and help pull fluid into working muscle. Because the blend also carries a Phosphodrive Endurance Complex built on creatine monohydrate, Creatine MagnaPower and disodium creatine phosphate, you are feeding the phosphagen system that regenerates ATP for repeated hard efforts, the same pathway most gym-goers already train around when they use a standalone creatine.

Alongside the carbs and creatine sits a Protein Synthesis Acceleration Matrix of whey protein hydrolysate, leucine, isoleucine and valine, aminos that support muscle protein synthesis while training is still underway. The Osmodrive Advanced Hydration Complex adds taurine, pink Himalayan salt, calcium citrate, potassium citrate and L-alanyl-L-glutamine, an electrolyte set that helps offset what you sweat out over a long session rather than leaving rehydration until after you rack the last set.

Why choose Gaspari Size On

Gaspari Size On is dense on the label, not just the shaker. Per serve it carries a meaningful B-vitamin load: Thiamin at 10mg (833% RI), Riboflavin at 7.6mg (585% RI) and Vitamin B12 at 75mcg (3125% RI), vitamins involved in the energy metabolism your body draws on mid-set.

• 63g SizeOn Blend per scoop, structured into four named sub-complexes rather than one generic mix.
• Pterostilbene (100mg) included in the Carbohydrate Energy Matrix alongside the trehalose and dextrose.
• 210mg calcium and 33mg magnesium per serve, on top of the sodium, potassium and chloride in the hydration complex.

Getting the most from it

Size On is designed to be sipped through your workout, so mix it before you start and drink it across the session instead of front-loading it like a standalone pre-workout. If your training already leans on a separate creatine product, Size On's Phosphodrive complex adds to that daily total rather than replacing it, so account for both when you're tracking intake.

For lifters who train fasted or in long sessions, the carb and electrolyte load in Size On can stand in for a separate electrolytes drink, while the whey hydrolysate and BCAAs give you a head start on the amino support a post-session protein shake normally covers. Gaspari Size On - Grape Cooler works best as the drink in your hand during the session, with your usual pre and post routine built around it.
