Ghost Size V3 - Warheads Sour Watermelon, 405g (30 Serves)

Ghost Size V3 - Warheads Sour Watermelon, 405g (30 Serves) is a stim-free creatine formula from Ghost, built for anyone training for strength and power who wants a straightforward way to support muscle growth. Each scoop delivers 5000 mg of Creapure creatine monohydrate, the headline spec behind this Creatine category release, alongside a supporting blend designed to work with your training rather than around it. At $67.90 for 30 serves, it is built to become a daily habit rather than an occasional add-in.

How Ghost Creatine works

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied ingredients in sports nutrition, and the mechanism is simple. Muscle cells store creatine as phosphocreatine, which the body draws on to regenerate ATP, the immediate energy source for short, hard efforts like a heavy set or a sprint. Ghost Size V3 - Warheads Sour Watermelon, 405g (30 Serves) uses Creapure, a German-manufactured creatine monohydrate tested to a minimum 99.9% purity, so the 5000 mg dose in every scoop stays consistent from the first serve to the last.

Betaine works on a separate pathway. Ghost Size V3 carries 2500 mg of Full Yield Betaine per serve, split between Betaine Nitrate (NO3-T) and Betaine Anhydrous, each contributing 1.25 g of betaine. Betaine is an osmolyte that helps cells manage fluid balance, and it also functions as a methyl donor in normal metabolism. Pairing it with creatine is common in strength-focused formulas because the two ingredients act through different mechanisms rather than repeating the same one.
