Mix 1 scoop (6g) with 300ml of cold water, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or about 30 minutes before training. Start with half a scoop to check tolerance and avoid taking it after 4pm. The label also lists a 2 scoop (12g) serve.
Adults who want a daily, stimulant-based fat burner with every dose listed on the label. With 170mg of caffeine in each scoop, start with half a scoop if you are caffeine sensitive or new to thermogenics. The brand does not recommend it for under 18s, pregnancy, breastfeeding or heart conditions.
How much caffeine is in one scoop?
One 6g scoop has 170mg of total caffeine, made up of instant and extended-release forms. Half a scoop is a sensible starting point if you are sensitive.
Will it make me jittery?
The formula pairs instant caffeine with a slower extended-release form to smooth out the energy curve. Individual tolerance still varies, so build up gradually.
Do I need to train to use it?
No. It is designed as a daily powder, so you can take it on rest days as well.
When will I notice results?
Hercules suggests consistent daily use for 4 to 6 weeks. Energy and focus from the caffeine are usually noticeable much sooner.
