Mix 1 scoop (6g) with 300ml of cold water, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or about 30 minutes before training. Start with half a scoop to check tolerance and avoid taking it after 4pm. The label also lists a 2 scoop (12g) serve.
Adults who want a daily, stimulant-based fat burner with every dose listed on the label. With 170mg of caffeine in each scoop, start with half a scoop if you are caffeine sensitive or new to thermogenics. The brand does not recommend it for under 18s, pregnancy, breastfeeding or heart conditions.
