Preheat a fan-forced oven to 200C and tip the mix into a large bowl. Stir in 180 to 200ml of plant milk. Spoon into an oiled or lined donut tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through. Cool in the tray before popping the donuts out.
