Preheat a fan-forced oven to 200C and tip the mix into a large bowl. Stir in 190 to 210ml of plant milk. Pour into a lined baking tray or non-stick brownie tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through. Cool on a wire rack and slice into 10 pieces.
