Add 62.5g (a quarter of the bag) of mix to a bowl and stir in 70 to 85ml of plant milk until smooth. Rest it for a few minutes. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan on medium, spoon in the batter to make 3 to 4 pancakes about 10cm wide, and cook 30 to 60 seconds a side until bubbles form.
