Preheat a fan-forced oven to 200C and tip the mix into a large bowl. Stir in 250ml of plant milk, then fold through 50 to 70g of mashed banana. Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden. Cool on a wire rack and slice into 10 pieces.
