The base is Californian almond protein blended with Australian grown faba bean protein, which is what keeps the texture silky rather than gritty.

How it mixes

The powder is milled fine, so 230ml to 250ml of water is enough for a thin shake and plant milk gives you something closer to a thickshake. It also stirs through oats, folds into yoghurt and blends into smoothies without changing the texture much.

What is left out

No dairy, no gluten, no soy protein and no artificial sweeteners. Sweetness comes from monk fruit and thaumatin, with coconut nectar in the blend. Contains almonds and is made in a facility that also handles peanuts and soy. The 800g bag works out at 20 serves.
