Ryse Fuel Energy Drink - Orange

Ryse 12-Pack Fuel Energy Drink - Blue Razz is a ready-to-drink energy option from Ryse, built for anyone in New Zealand who wants a stimulant hit without measuring scoops or rinsing a shaker. Each can delivers 150mg of natural caffeine and 500mg of taurine, with zero calories and zero sugar, so it works well before training or any time you want a caffeine lift without the sugar. At $44.99 for the 12-pack, it's a straightforward way to keep energy on hand across a full week of sessions.

How Ryse Pre-Workout works

Caffeine is the primary driver here. It blocks adenosine receptors in the brain, the same receptors that build up through the day and make you feel drowsy, which is why a can of Ryse Fuel Energy Drink tends to sharpen focus and lower perceived effort during training or work. Natural caffeine sources tend to be absorbed at a similar rate to synthetic caffeine, so the 150mg dose in each can of Ryse 12-Pack Fuel Energy Drink - Blue Razz shows up reasonably quickly once you crack the can.

Taurine is the second piece. It's an amino acid found naturally in muscle and nervous tissue, and it's commonly included in energy formulas because it supports cellular hydration and may help offset some of the jitteriness that caffeine alone can produce. At 500mg per can, Ryse Fuel Energy Drink pairs it with caffeine so the lift feels more even rather than a sharp spike and crash.

Why choose Ryse 12-Pack Fuel Energy Drink - Blue Razz

What sets Ryse 12-Pack Fuel Energy Drink apart from tipping a scoop of pre-workout into water is convenience. There's no mixing or shaker to wash, just a chilled can that's ready the second you need it.

• Zero calories and zero sugar per can, so it slots into a cut or a maintenance phase without adding to your daily intake
• 500mg taurine alongside the caffeine, aimed at a steadier energy curve rather than a single sharp spike
• A full 12-pack case for $44.99, useful for stocking the fridge or a gym bag for the week

It's available in flavours across the range including blue razz, so if the sharp berry profile isn't your thing there are other options in the lineup to try.

Getting the most from it

Most people reach for Ryse Fuel Energy Drink 20 to 30 minutes before training, which gives the caffeine time to take effect before the first set. If you already run a creatine routine, Ryse Fuel Energy Drink works fine as your pre-training caffeine source while your creatine stays on its own daily timing. It also stacks reasonably with electrolytes on longer training days or in warmer conditions, since the caffeine in Ryse Fuel Energy Drink doesn't replace fluid or mineral needs.

Because each can carries a real caffeine dose, it's worth treating it the way you would a coffee or a pre-workout scoop rather than sipping several back to back. One can of Ryse 12-Pack Fuel Energy Drink - Blue Razz before training, or one to open the day, is typically enough to get the intended lift without overshooting your daily caffeine total.
