Swoleys Testie Chews - Sour Strawberry (45 Serves)

Swoleys Testie Chews - Sour Strawberry is a chewable Health & Wellness formula from Swoleys, built for men and women who want a daily Tongkat Ali dose without swallowing capsules. Each two-gummy serve delivers 1,000mg of Tongkat Ali from a 200:1 Eurycoma Longifolia extract, the primary active behind most testosterone-support supplements, in a sour strawberry gummy rather than a bitter powder. At $49.45 for 45 serves, it fits into a daily routine as easily as any other habit.

How Swoleys Health & Wellness works

Tongkat Ali, botanically Eurycoma Longifolia, is a root long used in traditional Southeast Asian herbal practice. Modern extraction concentrates the root down to a 200:1 ratio, meaning roughly 200kg of raw root is reduced to 1kg of extract, so each serve of Swoleys Testie Chews carries a meaningfully concentrated dose rather than a dusting of raw powder. Eurycoma Longifolia is studied for its influence on the body's natural testosterone production pathway and its role as an adaptogen, a class of botanicals associated with helping the body manage physical stress.

Because Tongkat Ali works through the body's own hormonal signalling rather than introducing synthetic hormones, it sits in the testosterone-support category rather than a direct replacement. Adaptogens are typically taken consistently over weeks, not as a one-off pre-training hit, which is why Swoleys built this as a daily gummy. A chewable format is easier to keep up every single day than a capsule sitting at the back of a cupboard.

Why choose Swoleys Testie Chews

Swoleys Testie Chews solves the two biggest complaints people have with Tongkat Ali supplements: extra capsules to swallow and bitter extract powder to choke down. This is a sour strawberry gummy carrying the full 1,000mg dose per serve, at 10 calories and zero sugar. That low calorie count means it fits into a cut or a bulk without adding meaningful calories to your day, and it works just as well as part of general daily maintenance.

• Sweetened with Maltitol Syrup, Isomalt and Erythritol rather than sugar, keeping the gummy format compatible with a lower-carb approach.
• Coloured with Purple Carrot Juice Concentrate and Beta-Carotene instead of synthetic dyes.
• 45 serves per packet covers a full six-week run at two gummies a day, so restocking is predictable.

Getting the most from it

Take your two gummies at the same time each day to build the habit, and give Tongkat Ali several weeks of consistent use since adaptogens tend to work cumulatively rather than acutely. If training performance sits alongside your goals, Swoleys Testie Chews pairs naturally with a protein supplement to support the training load underneath any hormonal support, or a creatine for strength work.
