Description
Con-Cret is a creatine HCl from ProSupps, made in the USA. Creatine HCl is a highly soluble form, and one 750mg scoop is positioned by the brand as the equivalent of a much larger dose of creatine monohydrate.
This Pineapple tub holds 64 serves in a compact 61g jar. It mixes into water or a shake without the grit some creatine powders leave behind.

Take 1 to 2 scoops a day for general use, or 2 to 3 scoops 30 to 60 minutes before training. The brand suggests about 1 scoop for every 100 lbs (45kg) of body weight. Mix with water or your usual shake.
Lifters and athletes who want a creatine that mixes easily and uses a small daily scoop. It suits people who find monohydrate heavy on the stomach, and anyone who wants a flavoured option.
HCl is bound to hydrochloride, which makes it far more soluble in water. That is why the serve is 750mg rather than 5g.
ProSupps does not call for a loading phase. Take a daily serve scaled to your body weight.
It is Pineapple flavoured and the brand states there are no artificial sweeteners, colours or dyes.
Creatine works through gradual muscle saturation, so expect to give it a few weeks of daily use.
