Mix one scoop with 295ml of cold water. Most people take it first thing on an empty stomach, or about 15 minutes before training. You can have a second serve later in the day, but keep it well clear of bedtime and stick to the label dose.
OxyShred is for anyone in a cutting phase who wants a daily burner to lean on for energy and focus in the gym. It hits hard on caffeine, so if you are stim sensitive, start with half a scoop and see how you go.
How much caffeine is in a serve?
One scoop has 150mg, about the same as a strong coffee. If caffeine hits you hard, start with half a scoop.
When should I take it?
Morning or pre-workout both work. Just keep it away from the evening so it does not wreck your sleep.
Will it break my fast?
A serve is about 5 calories and 1g of carbs, so most people are fine using it fasted. If you fast strictly, check it against your own rules.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes. It sits well alongside a protein and a daily greens. Just watch your total caffeine if you also run a pre-workout.
