UNREAL FLAVOUR. APART OF MY MONTHLY STACK (FORTNIGHTLY MAYBE 🤔 )

I’ve been using PILLAR Performance’s electrolyte powder consistently throughout my current endurance training block, where I’m averaging around 14 hours of training per week.

**Taste:** The flavour is really easy to drink and not overly sweet, which is a big plus when I’m having it every day. Even during longer sessions, it stays refreshing and doesn’t become sickly.

**Ease of use:** It’s very straightforward to use. I normally add it straight into my bottles before training, it mixes well, and it’s an easy way to stay on top of hydration without adding any extra hassle to my routine.

**Session type:** I use it across a mix of endurance rides, harder bike sessions, running, recovery sessions and longer training days. I find it especially useful during high-volume sessions or when I’m sweating heavily.

**Training block:** I’m currently training around 14 hours per week, with a combination of aerobic endurance work, higher-intensity sessions and recovery training. With that amount of volume, hydration and electrolyte replacement are a pretty important part of being able to recover and consistently back up sessions.

**How often I use it:** I have it every day, usually at least two scoops per day, and sometimes more depending on the length of the session, training load and conditions.
